Color Line Ferry is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Color Group ASA. The company operates five international cruise ferry lines between eight ports in Norway, Germany, Denmark and Sweden. 4.2 million people traveled with Color Line in 2002. In addition the company carried 800,000 private cars and 139,000 heavy goods vehicles.
Color Line Ferry operates nine ships - seven modern cruise ferries, a high-speed passenger ferry and a cargo ship (ro-pax).
